Pickups and Deliveries

Deliveries

Our standard procedure is to deliver all items before midday. Therefore, you can expect your item to reach you before the afternoon. If your item has not reached you by 2pm, please contact us so that we can follow up on your delivery.

Collections

All our Drivers finish their deliveries by midday and then begin their collections. All collections should be notified to CDP before 2pm so that we can organize our team to collect your item.

If you call us to collect an item for you later in the afternoon our Driver may have gone past you and may need to complete his collections before coming back to collect your item.

Traffic

All pickups and deliveries get affected by traffic as well. If you know you are expecting an delivery to you early in the morning and your location may be affected by traffic, it may be best to arrange to collect it from our CDP branch instead.
