Protect your items

Use carton boxes and stuffing to cushion any impact to the consignment.

Use seal wrap to protect from water.

If you are sending farm produce wrap it well so that the farm produce is all held together.

Label type of item

Mark fragile for any fragile items such as glass bottles, electronics etc

If a more delicate item; write the description on the outside package so anyone can see and handle accordingly such as cake etc

Label To and From addresses

Clearly mark the To address so that it can easily be known where it to go to

Clearly mark the From contact information in case we need further information

Note:

CDP does label all your items and have records of the Sender and Receiver addresses however your clearly marked items will help ensure your items are easily recognized during its travel by anyone handling it.
